Because my personal life plan has changed, I want to move to another city,
I would like to move out of my single room in the Silver En Suite at Jennens Court.

Lease period:
December 6, 2025 to February 4, 2026.

Room information:
Location in Birmingham city centre.
The room is an independent living room with private bathroom and communal kitchen (shared with five other rooms).
The room size is approximately 139.93 ft² (13 m²), and the bed is a Small Double.

I'm a girl and the room is always kept clean and tidy and I will clean it again when I move out.

Price:
When I signed the contract for the apartment, the original price was 200+ pounds/week including bill, but now I rent it for 150 pounds/week.
In addition, I can include some small daily necessities.
