Hey looking for a female preferably to take over my contract by Jan end or 1 Feb as I'll move back to my country. My other roommate is a female so I'm looking for someone who is hygienic and she is very quiet and a homebody, who gets along really well.
The room is quite spacious and has a double bed en-suite with lots of storage space it's in the Birmingham city centre close to 5 min walk to New Street station, Bullring, bus stop and pubs, restaurant and 5 min walk to Tesco.
You'll share the kitchen and living room. All amenities are provided in a fully furnished house.
Bills are not included.
