Lakeside accommodation - Aston Campus

Lakeside is situated on the Aston campus and is around a 5-10 minute walk to the Bullring. The accommodation is surrounded by various shops, food establishments and pubs (a personal recommendation from me would be Gosta Green which is a student pub just off the Aston campus). Lakeside is in close proximity to all three major train stations in Birmingham (moor street, snow hill and new street) making commuting all the more easier.

From the room itself you have a great view of the campus plus two functioning windows both by the double bed and an en-suite. The room does not come furnished other than a chair. The rest of what is shown in the photos are not available with the room! The flat has a shared kitchen, ironing board and vacuum however you are more than welcome to bring your own. There is plenty of storage in the room. That comes in the form of three draws connected to the desk, two large cupboards above the desk and two under bed storages units.

There is also a cupboard in the kitchen that can be used for any cooking equipment that you choose to bring up. The kitchen itself has two ovens and an induction hob. It also comes with two large tables that can comfortably fit 8 people around it if you choose to invite some friends over or had a flat event on.

Payment for the accommodation itself is a direct debit set up with UNITE students and can be payed in different instalments. For instance it can be payed in one lump sum, termly, etc.

The flat will be yours until September 2026 as when I originally booked it I had it booked for 51 weeks. I will pay £250 off of your first instalment and I will pay a bit more if it can be taken off me before the 15th of January 2026 which will be when my next instalment is due
