Looking for a flatmate in Birmingham City Centre

Hi guys, I'm Ivan and I am currently looking for a flatmate in Granville Street which is a walking distance from Birmingham City Centre. Ideal for young professionals, suitable for students as well. A room that is currently advertised has it's own bathroom (not en-suite, but there are two bathrooms in the flat), so we don't need to share a bathroom. A flat also has a small balcony, living room and kitchen.
I'm an ongoing person, finished Uni and now working full-time in Birmingham. Let me know if you are interested in renting a room, so that we can discuss whether or not we are suitable to live together
