We are staying in a well-maintained 2 BHK flat and are looking for female flatmate to occupy one bedroom.

The available room is spacious, well-ventilated, and furnished, with good natural light. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, all kept clean and organised. The kitchen is fully usable for daily cooking.

The property is located in Birmingham city centre (postcode B4 6GF) with bus stops easily accessible, making commuting very convenient. Shops, supermarkets, and other essentials are nearby.

Currently, the flat is shared by friendly and respectful housemates in a calm and comfortable environment. We are looking for a female flatmate who is tidy and easy-going.
