I’m looking for a clean, respectful and trustworthy flatmate to share my brand new penthouse apartment in central Birmingham.

The flat is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, a huge wraparound balcony, and beautiful city views. The available room is a spacious double bedroom with its own private bathroom, and I’ll be fully furnishing the room with a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and other essentials.
