The flat is very bright, and the living room overlooks the canal. The building has an intercom system so you can admit people from the flat.

All regular amenities provided: washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

I'm happy to leave the duvet and two pillows if this is convenient too :)
