Hi everyone!

I’m a 26-year-old Research Technician currently living in Birmingham city centre.

Sadly, my lovely flatmate is moving cities, so I’m looking for someone to take over her double ensuite room in our apartment.

The apartment is centrally located with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport links , literally just a 7-minute walk into the city centre. The flat has a modern kitchen and shared living space, and the building comes with some great facilities including an on-site gym, residents’ lounge, co-working area, and an outdoor communal space. Car parking is also available upon request/booking.

• Rent: £708 pcm pp
• Security deposit: £817
• Bills: Not included, approx. £170 pcm pp
• Council tax band: D

I work in immunology research, so my hours can be quite long during the week. Outside of work, I enjoy watching shows and movies, trying new restaurants and cafés, going to concerts, and occasionally going out, although I’m mostly a homebody. I love a good coffee or glass of wine and really value having a calm, cosy and peaceful home environment to come back to after work.

I’d love to live with someone friendly, respectful and easygoing. I’m always happy to have a chat or build a friendship, while also respecting each other’s personal space and downtime. Keeping the flat clean, tidy and organised is really important to me, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same and will help maintain the lovely atmosphere we have here.
