I'm looking for a female flatmate to share a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with me. The room is available from around 29th August, although I'm happy to be flexible and coordinate a move-in date that works anytime during August.

About me
I'm a 30-year-old professional and speak both English and Spanish. I'm easy-going, respectful, and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. In my free time I enjoy yoga, going to the gym, salsa dancing, running, and baking. I'm always happy to have a chat, share the occasional meal or make plans now and then.

Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for a flatmate (female preferred), ideally around a similar age, who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Cleanliness is really important to me, so I'm looking for someone who naturally keeps shared spaces tidy and enjoys living in a well-looked-after home.
