I’m looking for someone to take over my Medium High Double Ensuite tenancy at Lakeside Birmingham for the 2026/27 academic year.

* 51-week tenancy
* £163.40 per week
* Private ensuite room in a shared flat
* Check-in: 12 September 2026
* Check-out: 4 September 2027
* Official tenancy transfer through Unite Students

Due to a change in my circumstances, I’m looking to transfer my tenancy. The transfer will be completed officially through Unite Students, making the process straightforward and secure.
