The studio space has the sole access to the kitchen and balcony. No smoking in the flat you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.

This fully furnished a bed , tv , table , sofa , chest of drawers

Kitchen has all appliances such as stove , fridge feeezer , kettle ,microwave

Bills included are WiFi, water , council tax ,electric and gas.

Please note the bathroom is occasionally shared with someone who rents a room every other weekend but it’s mainly going to be in use by renter of the studio.
