Room in China Town flat available

I’m looking for a new flat mate to take over an en-suite room. I’m a PhD student, so do not pay for council tax, and would prefer to share with another PhD student. If you’re not studying, then you will receive a 25% discount on council tax, but I will not be contributing towards it. Internet = £16.50 but I am open to look for a cheaper option. Water = depends on usage but usually £20 max. Electricity => summer average = £45 each. Winter average = £90 each.

As previously described, the room is an en-suite, with a double Juliette balcony, and fully furnished. The flat has an open kitchen and living room area. There is also an outdoor garden area and parking.

I love a peaceful home. If you see yourself throwing regular parties, I do not think I will be the right fit for you. I am going into the final year of my PhD so I’m super locked in. I am a Christian and am looking for someone who will respect my faith. I’m very much a girl’s girl, so I can be a shoulder to cry on, support system, and I love a wine and clean evening :D.
