Citycentre Double Room: 7 minutes walk from New St

This is a room in a lovely, modern two bedroom flat. We are located right at the centre of Birmingham, adjacent to the Cube (Marco Pierre White's Steakhouse, Bar and Grill), the Mailbox (Harvey Nichols), ten minutes walk from the Bullring shopping centre (Selfridges) and seven minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Mainline Station. From the station it is ten minutes to Birmingham International Airport and the NEC making it a great place to stay for anyone that has to catch an early morning flight! The surrounding area is well lit we have found it to be very safe.

The double room is served by a shower room, of which guests have exclusive use. The kitchen has all the expected mod-cons. We have a concierge and security at the front desk and the communal areas are very well kept. We are an easy-going young professional couple, both non-smokers and do not own any pets.

Please note that we are able to recommend local secure parking which is a available at an additional monthly fee.

IMPORTANT We are willing to consider couples. If you are a couple wishing to rent the charge will be £650 pcm with a deposit of £900.
