The building is the Queen's College Chambers, just off Victoria Square and I have lived here for over 5 years. I enjoy the size, luxury and the location of the apartment. It's the best apartment block in town.
I am not looking for somebody 'just to fill the room'. I am looking for a sociable professional, either a guy or a girl. I have lived with both in the past. If you want to spend time in the living room watching films, cooking and sharing good times then this is the place for you. If you spend much of your time in your room with the door closed then we will not get on at all. Interesting hobbies an advantage.
It's a two bed place, so it will just be the two of us. I feel this is ideal for a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. It also means we will get to know each other well and ideally get along together.
There is a weekday concierge, wonderful views of the city and friendly neighbours.
You will have the en suite and can take up the lease from April 1st 2016. The apartment has all the mod cons and superking beds.
Bills for your half (for everything) come to £548 a month with the deposit being a little less. The estate agent will do background checks and charge a fee for the privilege of doing so, though it isn't a daft amount.
