Your future flatmate is Sofia who you can speak with before signing a contract. She is lovely, has lived in the flat for a couple of years and would like a female flatmate.

Price includes bills but NOT Electric. Bills include water, internet and most importantly council tax! There is no gas in the property so it's just electric to share with Sofia, normally it is c£15pcm as the flat keeps it's heat in winter.

The contract runs until the 27th August 2022 and of course can be renewed/extended.
