The room is paid until the 12th of January, the new occupier only has to pay it from this date onwards. The contract finishes on the 26th of July.
It is a quiet place to stay, but also a great place to socialise. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is a great place to work on your projects or stay to relax.
My reason to leave is because I need to go for my placement.
The place has free high speed wi-fi and all the bills are included in the rent price.
There is also a communal area placed in the building equipped with pool table and TV where you can socialise and meet new people.
