The room forms part of a student complex on Curzon Gateway and the contract exists with Unite Students. The room is a Classic en-suite room and has a three-quarter sized bed, 13. 5 metres squared. The room includes an en-suite bathroom, sink, toilet and shower. The room also includes a wardrobe, desk and cupboard. A fully fitted kitchen is also shared with 4 other tenants and is cleaned by a cleaner courtesy of Curzon Gateway. All bills are included which are: very fast internet (both Wifi and by Ethernet cable), heating, water and electricity. Further insight can be found on Curzon Gateway’s website. There is also bike storage, car parking, a laundry room, common rooms and a 24/7 security team all included on site.

The contract is held by Unite Students, I am just ending mine on as I no longer need to live . The tenancy is available now. A New contract will be done for the new tenant. Payments are made by instalments, the frequency of which can be arranged with the Unite Students office. A refundable deposit of £250 is required.
