Me being a student, I am looking for another student flat mate as to avoid paying council tax. The flat has a spacious living room and a complete kitchen which receives plenty of sunshine and is located in a great neighbourhood right next to Saint Paul Square . It is a 10 minute walk from Aston University and even less than that from city center and New Street Station. I will be available for viewings most days this week.
