It is 5minutes walking from the Birmingham New Street Station, in a very convenient and safe area. The Centenary Plaza has 24/7 concierge and security service at the front desk.

Your room comes with exclusive use of the bathroom, as the other one have access to an en suite in your bedroom. 
The flat lies in a quiet leafy Holiday Street, and a couple of minutes walk from Library and is ideal for professionals (sorry , no couples, no student). The buzzing cafes, bars and restaurants of Broadstreet are minutes away, along with a range of high quality delis and eclectic takeaways.

It's on the high floor and because it's the last apartment at the end of the floor in the corner, it is very quiet, you will never hear any noises from other apartments.
