A double bedroom is available in a two-bedroom flat in Gas street (between The Mailbox and Broad street) from the 1st of Feb, 2016. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with oven/stove, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a master heat control system that manages temperature in each room of the property.
The flat has two bathrooms and the one to be expected of exclusive use to the new tenant is a large bathroom with shower and bath tub (see picture, although it is not ensuite).

There is one parking spot available in a closed, CCTV-controlled car park with no additional charges.

The property is managed by Touchstone CPS agency, so a £50 assignment fee is charged to the incoming tenant. Deposit is £447.50 and rent is £397.50. Couples are considered but need confirmation from agency.

I am 25-year-old PhD student at the University of Birmingham. I love music, cinema, travelling, etc. I also like to brew my own beer.
