My flatmate is relocating and I’d like to find another professional who respects privacy but also would like to have a chat together in the evenings after work!
The flat comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will have your own bathroom. Kitchen comes with basic appliances; kettle, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher microwave and toaster. Internet and TV licence are already in place- so no waiting around for them to be set up! The flat is nice and quiet and has just had brand new heaters fitted. There is also 24 hour concierge and security. Please note this is an agency let flat and agency fees apply; I am finding my own flatmate to move in. The flat is in an amazing location- just across the road from a Tesco and the restaurants/ cinema in the mailbox. A 10 minute walk to New Street Station. Move in day March 21st, minimum 6 month contract. RENT £425 pcm.
