SHORT term let. Rm close to city centre

Hello,

I have 1 room in a 4 bedroom house, available from 1st July. As the house will be let as a whole from the beginning of September therefore the room is only available for maximum 2 months (July & August). if you only need it for one month, it's also fine.

the house is in a good location close to city centre, broad street & UCB campus, and have good access to BCU as well. 10 minutes walk to central library & only 5 minutes walk to a 24 hr Tesco.

It is a 3 storey terraced house. there used to be 3 bedroom and 1 living room, but the living room was converted to a big double room therefore there’s no living room any more, but the kitchen is large enough and contains a dining area.

300 pounds per month . All bills included in the rent, internet, water, council tax, electricity & gas.
