The room is available as my current flatmate has been transferred to London (she was working here as an junior doctor). The apartment has 24 hour concierge and very safe residential parking.
Mailbox is very near to New street station probably 2 mins walk, Bull ring, Brindley Place and Broad Street.
Looking for:
Am looking for a professional who is friendly and sociable. Must be clean and tidy. Wouldn't mind sharing the cleaning activities as well after all it's our home.
Plus landlord will do a refernce check which will be £200.
