The apartment is on the top floor with amazing views across the city and only a few minutes walk to St Paul's Metro stop. The room is a furnished double room, complete with bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside tables. My room has an en-suite, so the main bathroom is all yours.

My current housemate of 2 years is looking to move out at the start of August, so I'm looking for a friendly and sociable housemate to take her place. I'm an Architect working in the city centre so it's perfect for young professionals.

I'm a very laid back and sociable person enjoying both nights in and nights out at the weekends, I'm looking for like-minded people to share the apartment with.

£600 per capita month (inclusive of all bills)
£500 deposit.
