A double room available now on the edge of the City Centre/Jewellery Quarter. Video viewing can be arranged. The landlord and existing tenant are vegan so a new vegan housemate would be most preferred.
Zero fees. Minimal rent compared to other rooms in the same building (some of which rent for £600+bills). This is to reflect the fact there is no lounge, however, the bedroom is a good size and there is a sofa in it.
Longer term tenancies preferred but open to negotiation.

> Large desk and chair (suitable for working from home during the lockdown).
> Monitor on desk ideal for second laptop screen.
> Sofa.
> Blackout curtains.
The furniture can be rearraged or removed/replaced and room can be redecorated (within reason) if desired - I am very flexible.
The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift access. The windows are south facing providing great light and warmth all year round.
There is a shared well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and a small dining table. Shared bathroom with bath, storage units and a great powerful shower.
The deposit is £500 and the monthly rent is £400.
Bills will be in addition of rent. You would need to pay 50% of the bills; council tax (£70), electricity (approx ~£30), water (approx ~£10) and broadband (£16.5) totalling £126.5 approximately per month depending on usage (water and electricity meter readings).
