En-suite Room Available - James Watt Aston Uni

I have an en-suite room available to rent in the James Watt Residences at Aston University. The let is available immediately. I am leaving the residences and am looking for a replacement tenant, the cost of the room is £130/week. The price includes all bills and wifi as well as access to a fully equipped shared kitchen. All flatmates are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would be ideal for any students with exams that wish to be on campus during the exam period as the accommodation is right on campus. Available until July 13th.
