Single room with spacious shared living room

Currently living in 2 bedroom 1st floor flat, I have been here for 4 years alone but with price increases looking for a flat mate for spare single room. The room is well lit and has many outlets, the room is unfurnished, it can fit a double bed but it's a tight squeeze with little room for storage. There are 2 storage cupboards within the flat and if needed room can be made to accommodate.

About me I am a friendly, generally quite person, I like to socalise sometimes having friends over but it isnt often due to work commitments. I work 12 hour shift currently but looking for a change in job to give me more flexibility with my days.
