Double Room for Rent – Live-In Landlord
Hi! I have a double room available to rent in my home. I’m the homeowner, so I’ll be staying at the property too. I’m renting out my spare room as I’m finding it difficult to keep up with bills.
The room is currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to furnish it if needed. The property has a double driveway, so parking is included if you have a car. However, if you don’t drive I’m happy to alternate the price. The train station is a 2 minute walk from my house, on the same road if that helps.
I’m looking for someone who will treat the house as their own and be respectful and tidy. I work around 48 hours a week, so I’m not home much during the week.
