The tastefully decorated property has a large communal kitchen/diner with a double oven range style cooker with solid oak kitchen cupboards and granite worktops. There are 2 shared bathrooms - one on each floor. Both have showers, wash hand basins and toilet and one also has a bath.

Your room is furnished with a double sized bed, bed side cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers & a chair. There is Independent thermometer control for the radiators in every room.

Outside has adequate parking to the front and to the rear is a private garden with a patio and bbq area.

All utility bills are included in your rent and 200 mbps ultra high speed virgin cable broadband is provided free of charge. The communal areas are cleaned once a week.

The house is conveniently located in Leamore, Bloxwich and is within a 2 minute walking distance to a large selection of shops and the bus stop. Bloxwich is 0.5 miles away, Walsall is 2 miles away and Aldridge is only 4 miles away.

Rent can either be paid weekly or monthly in advance to suit your situation.
