Current housemate is going travelling but will eventually return. Just advertising 6 months for now but very possible this becomes 12.
Looking for someone easy going. Friends are often round so would be ideal if you got a long with me / them. But also have your own space, no pressure - I just don't want someone who has an isolated existence in the house... Maybe perfect for a masters or PhD student or young professional. Important to meet before and sus out if it's going to be a good atmosphere!
Bills are not included in this so will be in addition to the 500 rent (I'm not the landlord btw, we have a private landlord who's nice & responsive).
