Replacing graduating tenant in Selly Oak (2025/26)

We’re a group of final-year medics and dentists looking for someone to take over a room in our 6-bedroom house for 2025/26. We all get along and the house is friendly, laid-back, and respectful. The available room has a double bed and good storage. The rent is £116 a week and we currently spend around £40 for bills a month.

We’ve got a large kitchen and cozy living room, The house is a short walk to uni and close to shops and cafes.
