Stylish room close to QE, University of Birmingham

I have a beautiful, peaceful double room available in my house. Set on a very quiet road, surrounded by parks, and within walking distance of the University and QE hospital (30mins), and Selly Oak train station (20 minutes).
The house has one bathroom with a shower and bath, a sitting room with Freesat TV and a spacious kitchen. There is a small and sunny garden with a pond.
I have one friendly cat, so you would need to get on with animals. I also live with a friendly Ukranian woman. Both of us work full time and are often out!
I'm looking for someone friendly, considerate and independent, who will enjoy living in this leafy corner of Bournville. The room is relatively small, so might suit someone who wanted to live in Birmingham during the week, but the most recent lodger was full time and hasn't found it to be a problem. There is some loft space available to store extra things if needed.
