Excellent location opposite Bournville train station, so you can be at New Street in 12 minutes, ideal for commuting. Stirchley high street is a couple of minutes away, which is the place for beer lovers. Bournville is lovely and leafy with a really nice safe feeling.
The house has recently been renovated to a really high standard and the room comes with a double bed, mattress and good sized wardrobe. The room has loads of space for other storage and there are cupboards in the house where we store the hoover + other house stuff. The whole house is furnished. There is an alarm system and we have lovely neighbours who all look out for each other.

Rent is £550 ppm
Bills are on top of rent and they come to roughy £75 per month pp (though it may be less).

TENANTS
We are both laid back people looking to share with someone who is kind, considerate and clean. This is not a party house, but we like to cook on an evening and would love to live with someone we can share a glass of wine with. We have a veg patch out the back so would welcome any green fingered types. We are both self employed and sometimes work from home, so we're looking for someone who has a full time 9-5 job (or similar hours). We try to do our bit for the environment and would love to live with someone who is eco friendly in their habits.
