A lovely and spacious front facing double room in Stirchley. The room will come with a double bed and some drawers, but will be otherwise unfurnished.

The house has a cute garden, a shared bathroom (downstairs) and a spare small room upstairs which is being used as both storage for washing and for a spare double bed.

I am looking for a friendly professional, who is tidy and considerate and is down for some trips to the pub/cafe/walks...

I'm 24 and work full time, working from home 3 days of the week. In my spare time I like to be outside in nature, see my friends, go for food & yoga. Looking for someone who is also independent and sociable, but equally keen to do some fun things together!

Easy access to Birmingham City Centre (Bournville Station is 5 mins walk away and very close to Pershore Road for buses).

Stirchley is ideal if you like good food, nice coffee, a beer or a cocktail. There is also loads of parks nearby and lovely walks to go on, down the river or canal. Conveniently Aldi and Morrisons are a 5 mins walk away.

The tenancy starts from end of June with rent at £437.50 and bills £172.50 each (so £610 in total). The bill figure will fluctuate depending on what season we’re in and the bill payment plan for example, we pay water over 10 months but £172.50 is the maximum the bills have been in any given month.)
