Female invited to share my "delightful" Edwardian home, in one of the nicest areas of the city. Peaceful and green, near parks and canal, yet with excellent bus and train links, handy for Birmingham University and city centre. The local area offers many amenities, with nearby library, community centre, independent cafes, parks, and canal.
Ideal for an activist / key worker, to fit in with the ethical climate of the home.

It is a house with character and charm, over three floors, with a peaceful private garden, two reception rooms, conservatory, dining kitchen, spare room for visitors, newly renovated showerroom, downstairs loo, dishwasher, breadmaker, ultrafast broadband. Electric and gas bills to be shared.

The room is first floor, L shaped, with sleeping and sitting areas, storage, bookshelves. There is a 3 foot wide bed.

It's a sociable house, with happy sharers over many years. We chat, and also respect each others' space. I am the live-in owner, a political activist, ex-nurse, a retired University lecturer. I enjoy sharing my home.
