Flatmate for double en-suite room

Hiya!

I’m looking for someone to take over the en-suite double room in the flat I live in, as my current flatmate who’s had the room for the past two and a bit years, is moving in with her partner. It can come with a double bed, mattress and ikea wardrobes, or unfurnished if preferred!

I’m a student nurse at the moment, so work shift patterns. And I also have an old cat, so the person would need to be okay with pets

It would be a shared living space and kitchen, that includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The rent per month includes all utilities including WiFi, and I also have Sky Tv in the lounge.

Flat is in a great location near Merry Hill and public transport, and there are visitor parking spaces available as well as free car park spaces nearby.
