Double room with an en-suite available in a two bed flat, which can come with a double bed and wardrobes or unfurnished if preferred

Gas, electric, water and WiFi are all included in the monthly rent.

The kitchen and living area would be shared, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher being included in the kitchen and a large tv with Sky in the lounge

There is a super friendly cat in the property so renter would be have to be okay with pets, and I’m a student nurse, so I don’t have a set shift pattern at the moment!

Flat is in a good location next to Merry Hill, Russell’s Hall and a bus station as well as three train stations being within a ten minute drive

There is visitor parking available as well as free unlimited parking across the road from the flat
