Double room with en-suite available in a two bed flat, which comes with a double bed and wardrobes.

Gas, electric, water, council tax and WiFi are all included in the monthly rent.

The kitchen and living area would be shared, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher being included in the kitchen area and a large TV with Sky in the lounge.

There is a super friendly cat in the property so renter would have to be okay with pets, and I’m a student nurse so I don’t have set shift patterns at the moment!

Flat is in a good location next to Merry Hill, Russell’s Hall and a bus station as well as three train stations being within a ten minute drive.

There is visitor parking available as well as free unlimited parking across the road from the flat
