Double room between Stourbridge and Merry Hill

Double room for rent in small, quiet cul de sac between Stourbridge and Merry Hill, availible for viewing now, ready for 1st July. There are excellent transport links, ( train stations at Stourbridge, Lye and Cradely Heath, and bus stations at Stourbridge and Cradely Heath). The house has a good sized shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom with a power shower, and a small pleasant garden. Cat lovers or cat tolerant please as I have four but the house doesn't smell 'catty'. I'm a non smoking vegetarian so would prefer someone who is of similar mind. but I've nothing against carnivores, as long as you clear up after yourself, and save some for the cats. I'm easy going, but I do like the kitchen to be kept clean. Room available for a 5 or 7 day let. Pub, Chinese and Indian takeaways, chip shop and Select and Save just around the corner.
