Double room located minutes from Merry Hill, bus routes and Cradley and Stourbridge train stations. There are local shops/take away restaurants, hair salon and pub on the estate.

I have a small dog, pug x shih tzu so you must be ok with dogs.

All bills are covered in the rent:- gas, electric, council tax, water, Virgin tv and broadband.

You must be employed. I will require references from a previous landlord or other suitable person.
