Room available near University of Warwick

Great simple room. There is all the usual amenities: bathroom, kitchen, desk. There is also a living room area, as well as access to a balcony from your room. It is on the 2nd floor of the building, with good access to the University of Warwick (7 min bike ride, buses every hour, 25 min walk). The flat is going to be re-decorated this summer. I'm a quiet and clean flatmate!
