Housemate Wanted! Large En-Suite!

Hey! we're looking for one more housemate for our lovely house - No. 5 Apple Way in Canley. Come and join us!

The house has 3 bedrooms: a massive downstairs bedroom including a sofa, a large master bedroom upstairs, and one further bedroom. All three rooms have double beds and plenty of storage. There is one bathroom for each bedroom, and the smaller bedroom has the use of an additional room for your desk/study setup!

In addition, the house has off street parking, a generous garden, and a shed/lean-to providing secure storage for bicycles. The kitchen is modern and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The location is very convenient to walk or cycle to the University and Cannon Park. Unfortunately, bills are not included, but the house does have solar panels so the electricity will be cheap.

Your housemates will be two third years: Thomas and Matt. Matt does Manufacturing Engineering and Thomas does Comp Sci. Tom plays hockey, Matt plays badminton. They're both relatively chill, but usually down for a few pints.
