The room is on the ground floor, and current price is £80/week.
The lease is available from July 9th to August 27th.

Cannon Park's large shopping center is nearby, making it convenient for daily needs and groceries. It's quiet at night, suitable for studying and resting, and has excellent security.

Note: It's very close to Cannon Park, just a short walk away, which is super convenient! And it's easy to travel to Cannon Park for shopping! All in all, this is a very cozy place! Suitable for anyone who needs a quiet and clean environment. The kitchen is shared with only one other person, ensuring it's not crowded. It also has a big fridge, and two bathrooms, so no waiting is needed.

Additionally, it's a 3-minute walk to Tesco, a 15-minute walk to WBS, and a 10-minute walk to WMG. The location is excellent.

It's also only a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It's not suitable for smokers, and please keep the place tidy and damage-free.
