R7 - £790 per month
R8 - £750 per month

Your rents include the council tax, all the utility bills and 7x24 Management service as well.
You don’t need to pay for anything else other than your rent and deposit.

As you may see on the pictures, we extended and renovated the whole property for the maximum comfort and to fulfill all the needs of the tenants to stay privately in their rooms and also socialize in the dining are or the back garden together.
