Hi, we are PhD students from Warwick, and looking for a housemate in a 3-person house in Canley. Single-bed bedroom around 8.5sqm. 5 mins driving, 15mins cycling or 30 mins walking distance to the Warwick campus. Quiet location.
The room is not en suite, but you will still have your own bathroom. There is parking spaces and CCTV around the house.
Starting on 15th Aug 2024. Minimum 11-months to 1-year contract. 460pcm excluding bills. Bills shared between 3 people (wifi, water, electricity and gas). Council tax band C, but students can be exempt from council tax.
Prefer mature student, Single
