Clost to Warwick university, just 15 mins walk to WMG and 25 mins walk to WBS. Near Canley train station. 2 mins to take Bus 18 to Coventry city center. Within 15 mins to walk to Costco, Sainsbury, Tesco and Aldi. The house is quite new with good heating system so it is warm in winter.
There is a kitchen, a dining hall, a toilet and a storage room on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is an ensuite and another double room. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with bathroom in between to share.
