Room Options 3: Double/Larger room, I am living in this room(Professional working at a University).
Furnished: cuboard, single/King bed, electric standing/ corner table etc.
Electricity, gas, high-speed internet, water bills included (fair use and normal supply policy; not a picky landlord!!! ). New boiler/radiatee New carpet
Courtesy: bathroom, kitchen and laundry consumables (shower gel/sampoo, washing liquid, laundry powder etc)
Bathroom (1): Shared. Second toilet is in construction. (Maybe a shower too)
Parking: Driveway parking is available (1 per room).
Location: Conveniently located just 1 mile from Warwick University, with nearby amenities including Tesco, Aldi, and Costco. Few minutes walking to Xcel Leisure Centre; swiming pool/gym/spa etc.

I would say just bring your bag , everything else should already be provided in the room and the shared areas (hall, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry); if not just discuss with me, I might consider adding.
