Vita Student Cannon Park – Contract Takeover (26/2

Hi! I’ll be going on study abroad next year, so I’m looking for someone to take over my Vita Student Cannon Park contract for the 2026/27 academic year. This is an official contract takeover arranged directly through Vita Student and not a subletting. All payments are made directly to Vita Student.
📍 Location:
Excellent location — just a 5-minute walk to the University of Warwick and right next to Cannon Park Shopping Centre, with Tesco, Boots, and other shops nearby.
🏠 Room type: Lite Studio
Includes a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and full private kitchen.
✨ What’s included:
Free breakfast, on-site gym, study spaces, laundry facilities, and all bills included.
💷 Price (minimum 10% lower than current Vita website rates):
• £314 pw for the 51-week contract
• £345.4 pw for the 44-week contract
The fee is paid in one instalment, with the option to pay in installments (a premium applies for instalment plans).
