Student Room Warwick University

Hello all, we have a room available in a student house in the Warwick University catchment area.

The existing students are indian phd students, 2 female, 2 male. Everyone is super friendly.

The room has been recently updated 2 months ago. The bathrooms are new from September, the kitchen has new tiles and worktops installed in the summer. The flooring has also been relaid new this summer. There is a living room and nice garden.

The area is very quiet and a field is opposite.

The house has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms plus another toilet.

Bills are included as well as internet so the price is incredibly cheap considering this.

We are looking for someone sociable and chilled out to join the house. Initially up to the new academic year in September then review.
