The house is run and maintained by myself, so should you have a problem I can attend to it normally within 4 hours.

The house was completely renovated summer of 2017.
There is a generous shared living/kitchen area with dedicated storage per person, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board, and an iron.
A cleaner visits weekly and cleans the shared areas.
Each bedroom has a locked door.
Each bedroom has a bed, desk, wardrobe, chair, curtains drawers, pillows, duvet, and linen.
There is plenty of car parking and a lovely garden/patio area to enjoy.
The house is only 5 mins walk from the uni and the local supermarkets and shops. It is ideal for all the University of Warwick students.

If you would like a room but cannot view it in person you can pay a £200 retaining fee, if you decide not to take the room I will return £100. If you do take the room the £200 will be deducted from your first month's rent.
